Easy Cooking With Chef Allen's Products Back to Recipes
Shrimp Brochette with Hot Mango Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients to Serve-4
  • Ingredients to Serve-4
  • 16 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 large red peppers, seeded & cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 large orange, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 8 6 inch wooden skewers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Hot Mango Cocktail Sauce
To prepare the brochette: Alternately place the shrimp, red peppers and oranges onto each of the skewers. Brush them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

To cook and serve: Preheat the broiler or grill very hot. Grill the brochettes for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimps are rosy-red. Remove the brochettes from the heat and serve with Hot Mango Cocktail sauce.
