The Sweet aromatic flavor comes from a combination of Saigon cinnamon (probably the world best), whole cloves from the Spice Islands, and star anise from China. The fennel adds to the anise palate, and the organic Kaffir lime, native to Thailand round out this forward tasting Sizzle & Spice mixture. Use on grilled steaks and chickens, as well as firm fleshed fish like mahi-mahi and swordfish.
