Chef Allen’s Passport Series Celebrity Chef Allen Susser always seems to stay at the forefront of culinary creativity, and we at Dinner Reviews Internet Magazine are happy to bring you a chance to dine at Chef Allen's vicariously through our eternally hungry eyes. We got together with Chef Allen and his excellent assistant Annette Winkler, and agreed to write about the June 18th Madagascar dinner. This is the first of four fabulous fine dining experiences held at Chef Allen's in North Miami, introducing Chef Allen's Palm Tree Cuisine, and will be followed by the Malaysia Dinner, the Trinidad and Tobago Dinner, and finally the Canary Islands Dinner. So, let's begin this journey together and discover spices and aromatics that will define this and the remaining three dinner events to come. Chef Allen has carefully matched fine wines from the Robert Mondavi Family of Wines with each and every course, designed to perfectly enhance each evening's repast.
