Chef Allen creates a Chef's Table
Chef Allen, of Chef Allen's Restaurant announced today that he is creating an exciting new dining experience The Chef's Table at Chef Allen's Restaurant. The special table, available by advanced reservations only, will be located directly next to his famous kitchen.

"I wanted to create a unique opportunity, a very special dining experience," said Susser.

This personal culinary experience, which must be limited to only 8 to 10 guest per week, begins on June 16th and continues on each Friday thereafter.

Chef Allen will be cooking a Grand Tasting Menu matched with wines (The Menu for the initial Chef's Table is attached). This menu will only be available at the Chef's Table. To add to the experience's value and the excitement of this dinner, Chef Allen will join the diners at the table at the top of each course to explain the pairings of ingredients and wine matches.

Reservations can be made individually with a minimum of two(2) people attending or you may reserve the whole table for family and friends. Joining in on the Table is encouraged so diners may share the experience with newly acquainted gourmets.

Advanced reservations are necessary due to the extremely limited capacity. Reservations for the initial Chef's Table or future Fridays may be e-mailed to [email protected] or call at 305-935-2900.

Chef Allen represents the cutting edge of culinary invention in South Florida. New World Cuisine is his signature of creativity and imagination; has been an innovative culinary force for more than 12 years. Chef Allen is a James Beard Foundation Best Chef in America award winner and the author of two books: New World Cuisine & Cookery and The Great Citrus Book. He has an Honorary Doctorate from Johnson & Wales University and is a member of the Moet & Chandon exclusive Club Des Sabuers.
