Palate to Palette - Opening Night
Wednesday May 5, 2005

What is Palate to Palette? Chef Allen Susser wanted to inject a whole new concept into his summer Passport Series, his conception sprang to life in the term of the Palate to Palette Series; the ultimate culinary and visual experience. These exciting dinners created a fusion of culinary arts and works of art. Bringing together the art works of local South Florida artists and the artistry of Chef Allen Susser. Each artist and Chef Allen Susser share their thoughts with the guests. Each plate presentation becomes a work of art in itself, only to disappear on the palette of each guest.

Share Our Strength
What's SOS?

SOS is a national nonprofit that inspires and organizes individuals and businesses to share their strengths in innovative ways to help end hunger. Share our Strength raises funds in creative ways-from holding volunteer-led special events across the county to developing cause related marketing ventures and corporate partnerships.
