Kampong Event
Sunday, April 3, 2005

Pastry Chef Jennifer Brown from Chef Allen’s prepared over 500 servings of her Sapodilla Mascoponge with Orange and Cherry Marmalade. It was a delicious sensation!

Bali Ha’i at The Kampong is an annual event, which basically is a glorious
afternoon of gourmet dining among the exotic tropical gardens of The Kampong.

The Kampong, located on Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove, Florida, is an 11-acre botanical garden, which emphasizes rare and unusual varieties of fruit,
flowering trees, palms and ornamental plants. It is the former home of Dr. and Mrs. David Fairchild and Mrs. Catherine

Revenues generated from Bali Ha’i sustain this magical garden and contribute to the educational and scholarship programs for AIWF.
