South Beach Food & Wine Festival
February 25th - 27th, 2005

See Chef Allen on Friday at the "Best of the Best" and at The Grand Tasting on Sunday on South Beach. This is a fabulous opportunity to come meet Chef Allen, taste his cuisine and ask him the questions you have been dieing to know about a certain dish. Chef Allenís among 50 other restaurants from South Florida will be showcasing their cuisine this very weekend. Southern Wine & Spirits and Florida International University present this event.

Celebrity Cruises, Savor the Caribbean

Our second annual Savor the Caribbean program on March 6, 2005, sailing from Ft. Lauderdale, on the award-winning Millennium for eight consecutive 7-night cruises to the Caribbean islands. Featured Chef Allen Susser will host this sailing.
