Silver Oaks Winery Dinner

7pm reception and 7:30 dinner. Click here to view menu.

The Napa Vally Story - In 1972 Silver Oak’s founders cleared the land around the old Keig Dairy in Oakville and planted our first Napa Valley vineyards. During the following years, we bought and sold vineyards and fostered long-term relationships with independent growers from the city of Napa all the way north to Calistoga. We also built winemaking facilities at the dairy site, and in a revolutionary move that is still rare in California today, we dedicated every resource of the Napa Valley estate to the production of a single wine.

Wednesday October 13, 2004 - Palate to Palette Dinner Event
This is our last Palate to Palette series for the season, so if you have not yet attended here is your chance to! Our featured artist this month is Michel Pellus. Pellus’s work is described as ever evolving cycles, subjective and sociologically hyperrealist, describing with raw realism the emotive tension, of human relationships in the typical North American setting.
