Group Cooking Classes at Chef Allen’s


Chef Allen has created a variety of classes for your group’s special interests. These classes are ideal for a corporate team building activity or an offsite activity during a local conference.

Interactive Cooking Class
Lunch-$150.00++ per person (10 guest minimum, 40 max. per class)
One glass of wine included with lunch class
Dinner- $250.00++ per person (10 guest minimum, 40 max. per class)
Includes Hors D’ Oeuvres and Sparkling Wine and a Three-Course dinner Paired with Wine

Get hands on experience inside the kitchen of one of South Florida’s best restaurants. Chef Allen and his team of Chefs will assist participants every step of the way. Each class begins with an introduction about the philosophy and inspirations on cooking. Depending on the size of the group, the group may be split up into three small groups. Each group session will focus on a different component of a dining experience. Each group will rotate while learning and interacting with our staff. The class lasts approximately three hours and provides an opportunity for students to work with one another while asking questions, learning new techniques and most of all, having fun with each other and Chef Allen! Chef Allen will personally autograph a copy of The Great Citrus Book for each guest.

These demonstrations encourage discussion on various topics related to the actual classes. Several approaches to cooking style and ease are explored. A three-course meal with wine is served. Each student will receive a personally autographed copy of either of Chef Allen’s cookbooks – “The Great Mango Book” or “The Great Citrus Book”.

Iron Chef Cooking Class- May the best chef win!
Lunch Class $175++ per person (10 guest minimum, 30 guest maximum)
Dinner Class $275++ per person (10 guest minimum, 30 guest maximum)


Group would be divided into teams of approximately 5-6 members. Each team would be set up with a cooking station and will be responsible for cooking three recipes. At the completion of the cooking segment each team would present a dish (dessert dish) to be judged based on its overall presentation and taste.
